Once again the GT was up in the air in Delaware at my pal Brian's farm for another upgrade. Today was lowering springs and caster / camber plates.
After actually breaking an original stock spring  last summer, it was great to wave goodbye to the old tired OEM springs....
Like most of the original stock parts I pull off this car, the rubber factory spring isolators were destroyed.
Here the new FRPP ' B ' spring and Energy Suspension poly isolators are installed in their new home.
The GT was put up on jack stands in preparation for the new front springs...
A comparison between the front OEM spring and new FRPP ' B ' lowering spring,
which will lower the car 3/4" - 1"
Since our rental spring compressor arrived stripped-out and useless, we attempted to prybar the springs in, but eventually had to unbolt the ' A ' arms, install the spring and jack the arm back into place.
The FRPP caster / camber plates were a breeze to install. Later we got the car aligned at a local shop and the plates made the job easy and precise.
I'm thrilled with the car's stance. Big thanks to Brian Alloway and Tim at Jade Run.
